Bar Service

The Air Zoo carries all required permits and is the exclusive supplier of alcoholic beverages for all events. Any alcoholic beverages served at the Air Zoo must be purchased through the venue.

At Air Zoo, we understand the importance of creating a seamless and memorable corporate event experience That's why we offer hassle free audiovisual and furniture rental options that will elevate your event to new heights Partnering with local rental companies we are able to upgrade our offerings to include state of the art audiovisual equipment, wit h high quality sound systems, projectors, and lighting, that will enhance your presentations, speeches, and entertainment, ensuring that your message is delivered with impact Experienced technical support is available to assist with making sure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish In addition to our top notch audiovisual options, we can arrange rentals for a wide range of tables and chairs to suit your event's needs Whether you require sleek and modern furniture for a professional seminar or comfortable seating for a casual networking event, we have you covered It has never been easier to add a touch of sophistication to your event, creating a welcoming atmosphere for your guests

Audiovisual

A basic PA system as well as portable large screen monitors are available on site. We also often have special presentations and have an AV package that makes for the best experience when presenting. This includes a stage with skirting, a rear projection screen with skirting, projector, speakers, audio mixer, many microphone options, stage lights and a dedicated technician for the entire event. Presentation Package $1,450

Decor

Meeting rooms have furniture and audiovisual equipment already in the rooms and are included in the reservation fee. We can coordinate a custom the look for your event with linen, or specialty tables and chairs, for a fee based on selections. The event space is highly customizable to suit your event needs. If you have chosen one of our preferred catering partners, your tables and chairs will be coordinated directly with the catering company. Additional requests can be quoted upon request.
