Please note:
- All donation offers are reviewed by a Collections Committee.
- Donation offers often take significant staff time to research and prepare for committee – the more information you can provide, the better!
- We cannot promise that any donation will go on display, but they will be preserved and made available for exhibit or scholarly research.
- Once the Collections Committee has approved the donation, a Deed of Gift will be sent to you to be returned with the artifacts. The Deed of Gift transfers ownership of the artifacts to the Air Zoo.
- If at any time during this process, you change your mind regarding the donation, please inform the Collections & Library Manager at your earliest convenience.
The Air Zoo Aerospace & Science Museum does not accept unsolicited donations either by mail or in person. Please make arrangements with the Collections & Library Manager BEFORE bringing your items to the Air Zoo. Unsolicited donations may be disposed of, returned, or retained at the sole discretion of the Air Zoo.

We took our grown daughters and young grandsons to the Air Zoo. It was very entertaining for all of us. There is so much to see and do. Rides for the whole family!
