Accessible parking spaces are located near the main entrance of both the Flight Innovation Center and the Flight Discovery Center. Vehicles must display a state-issued disability license plate or placard. All parking is free.
A limited number of wheelchairs and wagons are available for guest use at no cost. Please see a Guest Experience Ambassador at the Ticket Counter or Membership Desk.
All galleries are wheelchair-, wagon-, and stroller-accessible.
The Missions Theater offers limited accessibility seating at the ground-level entrance with companion seating available.
All restrooms are accessible to guests with disabilities.
Gender-neutral, single-stall restrooms are located in the Space Wing of the Flight Innovation Center.
A private nursing/pumping room is located on the second-floor mezzanine of the Flight Innovation Center lobby.
The Air Zoo follows U.S. Department of Justice ADA requirements for service animals. Dogs must be trained to assist a person with a disability. Emotional support animals are not permitted inside but are welcome in outdoor spaces.
Several Air Zoo docents offer hands-on touch tours for visually impaired guests. Please call ahead to confirm availability or schedule a visit.
The Air Zoo has partnered with KultureCity to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for guests with sensory needs.
Sensory bags with KCVIP badges, fidget tools, and noise-canceling headphones are available at no cost at the Ticket Counter and Fly Buy Store.

We took our grown daughters and young grandsons to the Air Zoo. It was very entertaining for all of us. There is so much to see and do. Rides for the whole family!
