We recommend starting your adventure at the Air Zoo's Flight Innovation Center (FIC), located at 6151 Portage Rd, Portage, MI, with entrances on Portage Rd and E. Milham Ave. Then, take the short accessible pathway, drive, or hop on our electric shuttle to the Flight Discovery Center (FDC) to see the world-renowned Restoration Center and more incredible aircraft and exhibits.

You and your crew can refuel at the Kitty Hawk Cafe, where you’ll find delicious meals, refreshing beverages, and tasty snacks served from 11am to 4pm, and noon to 4pm on Sundays. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food to enjoy at the picnic tables just south of the main lobby or at the picnic pavilion along the path between buildings.
The best way to plan your visit is to explore airzoo.org or download our FREE digital guide, featuring audio tours, exhibit floor maps, artifact details, and more.
The Air Zoo provides two exciting and unique centers on our campus for our visitors to explore and discover aviation, engineering, science, technology, math and art. Both centers are included in general admission, are open 360+ days a year, and are easily accessible by car or 5-minute walk.
